Hide already monitored media
Description
Hi,
Great project, thanks for your work on it.
Desired Behavior
My feature request is simple: if a media item is already being monitored in Sonarr/Radarr, it should not appear as a recommendation on the discovery screen.

Would be great to be able to have this as an option which could be switched on or off. Not sure if this is the same as 'Hide Available Media' which is already there as experimental. Does this work correctly? I have it turned on, but I still see suggestions for movies and series that already downloaded.
