Dark Ascension (DKA) flashback costs are messed up in ZHS/ZHT

Almost all Dark Ascension Flashback costs are incorrect in some way in both Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional. Screenshots below are from Chinese Traditional (ZHT), but every case is also found in Chinese Simplified.

No line breaks

Almost every card is missing a linebreak before the Flashback text.

Paint it black

Almost all nonblack Flashback costs instead cost black. Pictured: Artful Dodge.

No double colored costs

Increasing Devotion, Increasing Savagery, and Increasing Vengeance all have a double colored cost. The second symbol is missing. Also, the remaining one is black, of course.

No X

Increasing Confusion, which contains an {X} in its flashback cost, is missing the {X}. So it just costs {B}.

Other languages

Increasing Vengeance also has the same flashback cost error in Korean and German.
