Mana Value, Power, and Toughness sliders activate when merely scrolling

The Card Search page has sliders for mana value, power, and toughness.

In general, I would expect that I can put my finger anywhere on the search page to scroll it up and down, without activating controls. Pressing a dropdown just to scroll for example shouldn't activate that dropdown; it should only do that when I tap it.

Expected:

• If I put my finger on one of the sliders to scroll up and down, the slider is not activated.

Actual:

• If I put my finger on one of the sliders to scroll up and down, the slider is activated and set to its default value (5), affecting my search results unless I then clear it.

This is made more of an issue because the sliders affect nearly an entire screen height worth of scrolling.

Reproduced on both Android and iOS with a behaviour difference:

• On Android, this occurs if you put your finger on any part of the slider.
• On iOS, this occurs if you put your finger on the slider's handle, but not any other part of the slider's track.
