Multiple Mystery Booster Playtest cards appear to be transcribed incorrectly

Several cards in the Mystery Booster Playtest set on Gatherer have Oracle text that differs from the printed text we see on the card.

Some of these changes seem objectively incorrect: for example, Priority Avenger is given the Aven creature type, despite the card saying Bird and the Aven creature type not existing in Magic. Several cards have templating changes that appear objectively incorrect based on standard templating practices.

Meanwhile, some of the changes appear to have received plausible errata. For example, Five Kids in a Trenchcoat is on this list as having a creature type change from Citizen to Soldier—this could genuinely be legitimate because Citizen does not appear on any actual creature cards, only tokens, but we don't know for a fact whether it's a Soldier now or just a mistake in transcription. Stack of Paperwork and Waste Land similarly have changes that are plausibly errata.

It is difficult to tell which changes are actual errata and which ones are mistakes, making it unclear what the "true" version of the card is.

Transcribed as a Human Soldier. The card says Human Citizen. It is unclear if this is an error or errata.

Frenemy of the Guildpact & Louvaq, the Aberrant

Both transcribed with a full stop after the protection line. This full stop is not on the card, and protection lines do not get full stops as they are simply a keyword ability line.

Priority Avenger

Transcribed as an Aven Wizard. The card says Bird Wizard, and Aven is not a creature type. This appears to be an error.

Stack of Paperwork

The "You know, like it used to." has been dropped from the reminder text. Error or errata?

Throat Wolf

While Xyru Specter and Old Fogey have "Summon — Type", Throat Wolf has "Summon Type". It's unclear which one is correct, but it seems like Throat Wolf is the incorrect one.

Waste Land

The card says:

That land's controller creates a Wastes land token. (It has {T}: Add {C}.)

The oracle text instead shifts "land" into the reminder text:

That land's controller creates a Wastes token. (It's a land with {T}: Add {C}.)

Xyru Specter

The trigger is transcribed as beginning with a "when". The card says "whenever". Templating convention would also suggest "whenever" is correct, as this ability can trigger multiple times during the object's lifetime.

You're in Command

"Commander" is capitalised in the oracle text. The printed card does not do this, and no other card does this.
