GOV.DAO is a team of skilled associates and developers with expertise in a range of areas such as Fintech/Web3 Law, software and hardware engineering, finance, and marketing.
Our core missions are to provide “Borderless Web3 Law” via our network of global legal specialists, and to “Build Better Governance” via deployment of a compliant DAO setup & management toolkit.
DAO Service Package
This service package will provide clients with all things needed to support their DAO set up including:
- Buying a .dao NFT domain name
- Licensing or purchasing of our DAO backend/frontend technology
- The corporate and legal structuring in partnership with MIDAO.
You can watch our self-funded MVP demo here, built on Polygon & Ethereum. Users are able to set up & manage their DAO’s treasury and governance easily from within one interface.
As part of our chain agnostic approach to Web3 privacy & in harmony with Secret's vision of PaaS (Privacy as a Service) - we would like to request funding to build private governance & ballot order randomisation features into our DAO Service Package, as we continue to develop our product.
We believe that the timing of Secret’s latest series of network upgrades enabling Axelar’s GMP & IBC hooks, combined with our MVP stage of development provides a perfect window of opportunity to build out this new use case for Secret’s PaaS.
Privacy is the cornerstone of Web3 adoption & we believe that private by default operations are vital to the governance function of most decentralized enterprises. We wish to position ourselves as a catalyst to onboard traditional businesses to Web3, and allow Web3 native teams to easily structure themselves as a DAO in a compliant & safe manner.

FUTURE COMMITMENT
The GOV.DAO team are committed to continuing to build dApps on & with the Secret Network that will on-board new web3 users and demonstrate the Network’s technical capabilities, as well as the strengths of its core community. The GOV.DAO team hopes to grow to become a flagship name in the Secret Network and the EVM Ecosystem, working directly with the community and Secret Network Foundation to build a more robust, cutting edge, and ergonomic Web3 experience for all.
GOV.DAO also aims to be a valuable member to the community through provision of legal & regulatory guidance. The DAO Service Package project will be GOV.DAO’s first foray into dApp building with Secret’s PaaS features, and will serve as an invaluable asset and blueprint for the development of the much desired private governance for DAO’s, powered by Secret Network. GOV.DAO will be able to onboard traditional businesses of the success of our DAO Service Package.
In the near future, GOV.DAO will use its reputation & network to explore projects tackling many other web3 applications including AI large language model development, secure chat, and social media integrations, as well as providing helpful consultation for new incoming projects.

Thanks @ertemann. GOV.DAO would like to point out for the Secret community that our product is not intended to compete with Shade & DAODAOs, as it is intended for the EVM ecosystem & as a bespoke white label solution for our GOV.DAO Advisory clients.
Additionally on a personal level - I'm aiming to step down from my role at SNF in the new year, which has over the last 6 months been diminished from initially assisting the transition of Agency staff & strategy to now mostly supporting the Foundation at events in Europe on an ad-hoc basis. This is partly due to me wanting to focus full time on GOV.DAO, and partly due to a new addition to my family 😁

@BrynGOVDAO I am working on a product that I think fits in well with the types of services GOV.DAO mentions are in its future roadmap. I just recently began exploring the use of Alter in the application we intend to build as well. I like the vision of GOV.DAO and would love to discuss more.
