Incentvize and streamline ERC6551 standard

As we may know the ERC6551 standard is catching a lot of momentum in the space. Scroll is still in the early stages and incentivizing builders to incorporate the ERC6551 standard into their knowledge base can be pivotal for scroll. I am proposing for scroll to make educational content around ERC6551 and have a badge system on chain to reward users in a fun way and to encourage development.
