how to know when scrolling is complete?

Hi, is there any way to know whether the scroll into view action has completed (promise resolution? a recommended timer approach?)?

the closest to this issue I found is https://github.com/stipsan/scroll-into-view-if-needed/issues/387 . Thanks!
