v1.3.1 does not work with SQLDeveloper 4.0.3

added keepalive v1.3.1 from the releases page to SQLDeveloper v4.0.3 (required in conjunction instant client 11.2 for backwards compatibility with old databases, along with enabling connectivity to newer database), and clicking on the icon has no action (the pop up to enter timeout period does not present). Installing keepalive v1.3.0 instead resolves this - something about v1.3.1 breaks compatibility?
