Strange characters in tab title

Sorry I don't have steps to reproduce, but just now I found my blog tab looking like this: Screen Shot 2021-10-15 at 9 59 32 AM :

Hey, me too! If I close and reopen the file it looks normal until the page is reloaded. I don't recall doing anything that might have cause it.

@dcoletta @jackbaty -- known bug -- you have a single-quote in the title of the outline. that's screwing up the html. sorry. harmless except it looks awful.

I think it's fixed in 2.0.10.

It's fixed for me. I was actually going to try escaping the quote in the title to see what happened. Never mind :). Thanks for the fix.
