Docs menu wasn't showing up

If you log off Drummer and reload, note that the Docs menu is not there.

This was reported by Troy Patterson.

It was an easy fix.

The problem was this -- that's what a first-time user sees, and if they want to know WTF Drummer is, they're out of luck.

The About command in the system menu wasn't much help either, it just told you the version of the software. I had that link to the What is Drummer page.
