Important PagePark fix for OPML devs

PagePark, my homegrown HTTP server, is esp good at serving OPML files.

You just plop an OPML file down in a folder served by PP, and it'll come out looking like a readable outline.

But what if the OPML file lives somewhere else, and you just want to serve it through PagePark?

The last step in that chain was yesterday's fix.
