Drummer on a phone, not too functional

I got a question via private email, about using Drummer on a phone.

1. It's not very functional on a phone. I have only tested on a desktop so far. There's a whole new tab system in the code, and that has never run on a phone in any context. But much of Drummer as an outliner came from Little Outliner, and there was an effort to make it work on a phone, so in some limited sense Drummer can be used on a phone.

2. The Arrow Pad is there to help you navigate and reorganize an outline where you don't have a mouse or a keyboard. It first came out in Fargo. You can access it from the Reorg manu. There are even docs!
