Deleting Pull Quote

Description of the problem

Cannot completely delete a pull quote

Steps to reproduce

1. type in some text in wit more - mark it as a pull quote
2. hit return - and a second pull quote is now automatically inserted
3. whatever you do - you cannot delete that second pull quote - so when you publish the post - you have unneccesary spaces

What you expected to happen

I just wanted the pull quote to delete - the text goes - but the pull doesn't - it needs to all go.
