Update all app strings to use new Scribe-i18n keys

Description

Scribe-i18n just adopted a new strings convention that has changed how basically all current i18n keys are written. This issue will import the new version of Scribe-i18n via a Git subtree and then go through and update all strings in the application to match the new conventions.

Note that this issue is blocked by the following:

• Bringing in #476
• https://github.com/scribe-org/Scribe-Android/issues/95 (this will check the new strings)
