Add period to letter keys when being used in a browser input

Description

Something that would help people when using Scribe in a browser would be that it includes a period on the letter keys whenever it's being used in a browser search engine. This would generally combine the work for #103 where the logic to trigger this was implemented as well as #308 where adding a period to the letter keys as a menu option was implemented :)
