Change default keyboard layout based on menu selection

Description

This issue would change the default keyboard layout that appears on the letter keys for the user. #312 will create the menu option for this issue and this one will handle switching the layout in the keyboard itself.

Included in this issue:

• [ ] Making the switch possible
• [ ] Adding alternate keyboard layouts to the InterfaceVariables files for each keyboard
• [ ] Removing the French-QWERTY keyboard
