Improve the UI/UX of the English conjugation view

Description

Following the initial work in #268, the last thing that's needed for closing out the conjugation functionality is that the English keyboard conjugation view has some user experience issues that come from UI constraints not being set appropriately. The conjugation view slides down/is cut off when the view is loaded.
