Change app screen to match Scribe-iOS

Description

Within #12, the app screen of Scribe-Android needs to be changed to match that of Scribe-iOS. The following needs to be done:

• [ ] The background needs to be changed to the gradient
• [x] Unneeded settings should be removed
• [x] The information section needs to be changed to match Scribe information
• [ ] The information section should be linked to valid locations and potentially put as a section in the app settings
• [ ] The logo should be put at the top
• [ ] The change keyboard button should be formatted
• [ ] A button should be added to go to the GitHub
• [ ] The privacy policy should be added and linked to the info section
