Feature request: show collection owner on collection page

What happened: Context: When sharing the collection with others, people wanted to know the owner of the collection page, so they can contact the owner to modify the collection.

Use case: One team/group of users looks at one collection created by. It would be good to know who creates and maintains the collection list

What you expected to happen: If the current viewer is not the owner of a given collection the collection page should show the owner If the current viewer is the owner of the collection the collection page should NOT show the owner, as the information is implied and reductant to show
