Improved UX for build logs in the build details page

What happened:

  1. Timestamps sometimes get in the way when copying and pasting build logs.
  2. When I download the build log, it is saved with the timestamp removed.

What you expected to happen:

  1. I would like to be able to show or hide the timestamp.
  2. I want it to have a timestamp of the format selected on the UI.
    • If hidden is selected, I want it to be removed.
