[Feature Request] View event history of PR builds

What happened: The PR build shows only the most recent event for a PR. Restarting a job from the UI does not allow another event in the same commit sha to be viewed.

What you expected to happen: I would like to be able to expand multiple events in the same commit sha in PR builds as well as in normal events. As for showing only the latest commit sha in PR builds, I think it is fine as it is.

you can see if from the build detail page for a specific job in Pull Request.
