Require some input when deleting pipeline

What happened: When operating the danger zone, we may be worried that I'm operating the wrong pipeline. There is also the possibility of mistakenly pressing cancel and delete.

What you expected to happen: When deleting a pipeline, it is safe to enter the repository name to validate it, just like on GitHub.
