Not sure which Payload to listen on

So I created a backdoor using Avoid v1.2 but since it does not ask me which payload to use I cannot listen for incoming connections on msfconsole because I don't know which payload to listen on.

So my question is what payload does Avoid v1.2 use by default so I can listen on it, and is there anyway to change the payload that Avoid uses for creating the backdoor
