telegram payload stopped working

Hello, I'm using the payload to send a snapshot from a cam to telegram. It worked really well for years and now it stopped working.

Notify works, no the payload:

tried the debug, but no errors.

EDIT : SOLVED !

Change your path

from /config/www/....

to /homeassistant/www/....
