Switch node does not provide the selected answer in the telegram reply message

Hi,

I have created a simple flow in RedMatic to send a command to a telegrambot. I am using the switch node to provide to buttons to the user (ON + OFF). However, I can't find any of these values in the response from the telegram bot. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

This is probably working as designed, but I second propagating the selected value as that can come in very handy in different workflows.
