Here's a post option for the commands fetch, view and shell. Please review and comment. Fixes #36

I haven't checked, can you squash and make the changes python3 friendly?

I think that the code duplication should be made smaller before merging.

Hey folks, it's been a few years, is this PR salvageable? Is there interest in bringing it in line with Scrapy HEAD and addressing the above issues?
