Include documents about monitor mixins

We have different mixins in spidermon/contrib/monitors/mixins directory, but no documentation.

Hello @gcmurillo @rennerocha, thank you for taking up this issue. At a first look, you can find the code here https://github.com/scrapinghub/spidermon/tree/master/spidermon/contrib/monitors/mixins. Thinking out loud maybe running the code or experimenting can help develop a context of what Mixins are. I am new to ScrapingHub, looking forward to contribute with you all.
