fasttext status

For visibility: the fasttext repo is archived since March 2024, with no releases on GitHub since 2020 (though 0.9.3 was released on PyPI later than the repo was archived). Not much info on the current status but it looks like it was discontinued so dateparser can have problems in the future with it (we already have one, fixed by #1248).
