User Permissions or ACL for User, Groups and Categories

Hey @scragg0x , I watch and test the realms-wiki for a while now and I wonder if there are any plans for implementing a basic ACL, so that the admin could assign user to Groups or filter Categories.

Probably, this would also make Realms much more interesting for professional institutions and thus gain more Support by paid developers. A official way to implement Add-Ons would be nice, too. But lets do this step-by-step.. :D
