Can we have a game setting / ai setting /Sexp etc. (whatever works best) for: Target nearest bomb or bomber also targets secondaries with "targetable" flag Y/N

So that only secondaries with the "bomb" flag will be targeted with this control.

At the moment, the 'target nearest bomber or bomb' control will target secondaries marked with both the "bomb" and "targetable" flags. This can be confusing if there are lots of secondaries flying around which have the targetable flag when you really need to be targeting the bombers and their bombs.
