ImgUi elements are not saved to screenshots

When taking a screenshot, the ImgUi widgets are not written to the image. This might be fine for the ship lab, but is not so fine for the in-game options screen. Being able to take screenshots of settings would help with troubleshooting user options, or to demonstrate options that users should select.
