FR: Add ship subsystem to escort list

The idea is to be able to properly monitor the ship system status and provide quick targeting.

This isn't the escort list, but I wrote a script for Inferno that allows monitoring of arbitrary subsystems. It works similarly to the proximity script. subsystem-monitor.zip
