FR: support for movie files (.mp4, .mov, etc)

I'd like the ability to use .mp4, .mov or other similar movie files for command briefings and in the tech room. APNGs have their place, but they're also extremely bulky compared to video files. A 3mb MPEG video file turns into a 127mb APNG when used for a CBAnim.
