light-emiting Glowpoints flicker when Damage Lightening occurs on the host ship
I'm not sure if it's related to the glowpoint being Light-emitting or not, but Glowpoints seem to flicker whenever Damage Lightening (the electrical arcs that spark across a ship when it is low on health) happen, I do not know if it's intentional or not, but it can be annoying when it happens to player ships using headlights in BtA2, note that the glowpoint flicker caused by Damage Lightening continues if the player first observes it in external cam then goes back to normal cam, in other words: if the ship stops being rendered when Damage Lightening is happening, it's effects on glowpoints persist indefinitely until the model is rendered (by using external cam) again.
A way to either A: stop this flicking behavior, or B: force it to stop when the model is not being rendered, would be helpful.
