FR: An option for "Glowmap Visibility in Nebulae", akin to "Glowpoint Visibility"

Not sure if this FR has already been made.

It would be a nice feature to add to the gamesettings.tbl Having a ships' glowmaps be visible from further away in nebula missions just seems like a no-brainer visual eyecandy option to me. Not sure if it is technically possible to add.
