23.2.1 Freelook key does not work

No further digging has been done, but has been reproduced. Just go in game and try to use freelook, and it doesn't.

I did some troubleshooting with Sem on discord for the past two hours, and it seems to be isolated to free-look (view slew).

• Padlock views work as normal
• Primary fire and afterburner (continous controls) work as normal
• The Pitch and Yaw keys don't modify the view while free-look key is held down
• The Pitch and Yaw axes don't modify the view while free-look key is held down.

Sem also tried bisecting the codebase to try to find a build where freelook still worked, but was not successful. I wonder if its trackIR schenanigans evrn with it turned off/disabled.

At any rate, I can't progress further without my usual debug evironment... :(

Freelook seems to work fine for me on with 23.2.1 and on recent nightlies on FS2 Retail and on FotG
