FR: Thrust axis

Current control setup is rather undesirable for dogfighting - you need to quickly adjust speed to maneuver, usually around target's speed. It so happens that throttle axis ruins the general setting and interacts poorly with match speed.

Current in-game thrust keys are digital and set thrust to maximum or minimum respectively, returning to previous throttle setting,

Desired behavior would be a thrust axis that is applied as a delta to the current throttle setting, ignoring the matching temporarily just like thrust keys do, and with speed returning to throttle value when in neutral position.

Similar control would also work extremely well in Newtonian physics mode or in glide mode, so if possible, also add horizontal thrust axis specifically for those conditions. In these modes, of course the thrust would not be delta around a throttle but just a value applied in a specific direction.

Original Freespace 2 has no such control.
