ERROR CAN'T CONNECT TO SERVER가 뜨는데 SSL 인증 문제도 아니고

was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint 'http://notice.scouterapm.com:6181/scouter-paper/latest-notice'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS. 콘솔에는 이렇게 찍히는데 어떤걸 수정해야될까?

에러는 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://sadmin.factory.co.kr/monitoring' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint 'http://notice.scouterapm.com:6181/scouter-paper/latest-notice'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS. 라고 나옵니다.
