Allow comparing custom ranges

The built-in comparison options are nice (e.g. vs Yesterday, Last Week, etc) but I often find myself wanting to compare, e.g., this week vs 5 weeks ago. Especially if there was a bug in prod which adds a lot of noise to the metrics when doing the default comparisons (which is what I'm dealing with now).
