Add Alerts for Workers

Our team would love the option to be alerted if our background workers (we are using Sidekiq) are over a set threshold for the following:

• Latency
• Error rate
• Queue size

This would be HUGE for us

I'd like alerts if a workers throughput goes below a certain threshold for a period of time

"If throughput is 0 for more than 5 minutes alert"

For reference, we use sneakers/rabbitmq
