Check system property `ro.modversion`

Check system property ro.modversion which can be used to identify certain custom roms such as Cyanogenmod

custom roms don't imply a root.

Hey @pawan007jangid as @devxpy mentioned custom roms don't imply a root, but still valid to check for it I think. But no update, really, feel free submit a PR

Custom ROMs imply something much deeper than a root. When the OS itself is under someone's control at the source code level, anything can happen even without root
