This PR contains the integration of German as an additional language for the elva demo site. Beyond that, I added my learnings into the already existing pages for adding-additional-languages.md. (Sorry for the German in the commit messages. I had not considered publishing them as I created them. The translation was more intended to get myself familiar with elva and translating with AI support. But if it is helpful for others too...)

Thanks for the PR and taking the time to submit it.

At the moment I am reluctant to accept PRs generated using LLM/AI tooling. There are some odd things in here like changed dates, a readme file named readme_jk, old *.11data.js files and very rough instructions for language management.

My primary concern (beyond quality) is that there is no clear ownership for this code. Is the output from Copilot something that can be legally used in my project?

I do intend to provide better documentation for language management and hope to create a CLI tool for making this easier too. These will come in time.

I will leave this PR open for a little while as I give it more consideration. Thanks again.
