PCSX2 Games not getting controller input

When I add PCSX2 as a non steam game manually, it works. I get a steam overlay when I manually start a game when I run "C:\Games\PCSX2 1.4.0\pcsx2.exe".

When I manually change this shortcut to "C:\Games\PCSX2 1.4.0\pcsx2" --fullscreen --nogui "D:\ROMs\PS2\Kingdom Hearts.iso" It works fine, as well. Controller support, steam overlay, everything.

I HAVE disabled "Allow Desktop Configuration in launcher" and it has worked perfectly.

When I add these games through ICE, however, with the config

[PCSX2] location=C:\Games\PCSX2 1.4.0\pcsx2 command=%l --fullscreen --nogui %r

I start the game, same setting as the first, and have no steam overlay, and no controller support whatsoever.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated, as adding all of these games manually kind of defeats the purpose of ICE.

Nevermind. I just had to make pcsx not start as Admin.
