Changes to Console and Emulator files

When you make a change to these files do.you have to re-run ice.exe each time or is saving the file all that is needed?

I think if you want to apply those changes you've made to the text files, you need to run ice.exe again

Thanks. On the flip side what if you want to clear our all of emulators and roms from steam how would you do that?
