Working nullDC (Dreamcast) configuration (Windows)

[nullDC] location=C:\Emulators\nullDC\nullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace.exe command=%l -config ImageReader:defaultImage=%r

@BassSpleen does it matter where you add it to the nullDC.cfg? I tried the top and bottom and it still isnt working.
