Add ConsoleGrid nickname to consoles.txt

ConsoleGrid requires certain nicknames for certain consoles, so allow the user to manually specify the nickname that consolegrid needs (so they can name their folders something else)

Sorry about all creating a new Issue, #177 just for the same thing.

But I've been working on getting the latest version of Higan working with Ice. Higan needs to have the folder containing the Super Nintendo Roms named "Super Famicom" and Ice needs it to be named "SNES" (in order for ConsoleGrid to work). After carefully editing the names of the Higan generated ",sfc" folders so that ConsoleGrid will recognize their names, AND generating a folder filled with the same .sfc's as files instead of folders. The only way to get them to play nice now, is to run Ice with the \SNESsomeNameHere.sfc files, then delete the folder and files, and create a Symbolic directory link from ".\SNES" to ".\Super Famicom".

So yes, please do this, It will save a considerable amount of work in the future.

Is this still ongoing? Having to name your folders to something specific just for Ice is something of a blocker.

Still an issue I presume? as i couldnt fetch images unless I renamed my rom folder to match what consolegrid wanted.
