'time' is not installed

I just found out, that the mirror selection only works with the 'time' package installed. Perhaps you can add that as prereq?

Thanks for this report. You are indeed correct. I will add this as a prerequisite in the documentation. Also, I will add this to the PARPREREQ variable in the script. I'll also add your name to the authors file, unless you wish to remain anonymous.

I will do the above the next time I work on this script. Not sure when that will be. Feel free to make a pull request if you have the time and interest.
