mongodb4.0 不能通过--dbpath变更数据库地址

我的mongoDB是装的4.0，在windows环境中已有默认的data文件夹。 我想用mongod --dbpath arg命令行，不能成功的解决数据库路径配置问题。 因此 想问下，可有将数据导出的方法？以便我直接将用户数据导入到我自己的mongoDB中。
