doc.body' is null or not an object

Hello I download zip and go in ie8 to address http://localhost/Respond-master/test/test.html, whats OK. But if made link for internet explorer 8, like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" http://localhost/Respond-master/test/test.html and when run, i got an error. See attachments. As u can see, i use localized version of windows, but i think u understand my screenshots.

Is there any solution for the above isuue.... even I am facing the same issue in IE browser....
