Keep inline images and/or social Media & YouTube in Output?

Amazing Project!!

Wondering though if it would be possible to keep images and embedded social media / youtube in the final output.

I often find articles with a structure like

Headline for youtube Player: 
<Embedded Youtube Player>

Text text text

And while the headline for the players and descriptions are being kept in the output the referenced image or embedded item is not.
